Cancellation Policy

Cancelled/rescheduled Appointments:

All appointments that are cancelled the day before the appointment will have a 50% charge of treatment cost.

All appointments cancelled/rescheduled on the same day as the appointment will be charged 75% of treatment cost.

This 75% charge also applies for all appointments , where clients show up late and the allocated time slot does no longer allow for the required work to be carried out and no shows,as well as if multiple treatments are planned but the decisio
